I DID check out ice product sandwiches, ok as being a novelty but A great deal like the real thing, BUT in a long lasting unexpected emergency (is usually that an oxymoron??) could be a welcome treat. My grands to begin with appreciated it but wasn’t serious about more. Sourdough starter is excellent ‘powdered’, just be sure the pan is lined
